A TRS Health Tip

We can all get a little stressed sometimes...but with this little tip, TRS can help you get back to your poolside cabana relaxed and ready to tan.
Tip: eat to beat the stress.  More Magnesium and Calcium in your diet can be calming, so be sure to munch on foods like fresh dark greens, fish, vegetables, fruit, and of course we all know, drink lots of water!

At the same time, try to avoid soda, sugar, alcohol, and carbohydrate-rich foods, as these can all lead to blood-sugar crashes and stress. 

Simple, effective, and sure to keep you smiling... especially if you're in your Tyler Rose Bikini!
