The TRS Summer Countdown and Bikini Tip of the Week!

So TRS girls, there are 64 days left to go until summer and the tip of the week are some fat-fighting meals! Here is a Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, all "top fat burners"!

Parfait for Breakfast: in a tall glass, layer 1/3 cup low-fat granola, 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt, 1 medium orange peeled and chopped, 1 kiwifruit peeled and chopped and 2 tsp dried fruit (apricots, raisins, etc.)
A BLT Twist for Lunch: spread 1 Tbsp low-sodium, low-fat mayonnaise on 1 slice 100% whole wheat. Add 2 slices thin slices turkey breast, 3 thick slices tomato and 2 leaves lettuce. Top with 2nd slice whole wheat bread.

Pizza for Dinner: top one 10" low-sodium pizza crust with 1 cup low-sodium marinara sauce, 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and thoroughly dried), 2 cloves garlic (minced), and 6 oz shredded low fat mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 until cheese bubbles and pizza is heated through.
