It's Summer!

Its OFFICIAL, summer is here! We all want to be healthy and feel beautiful when lounging poolside in our Tyler Rose Swimwear this summer, so here is a tip to tone and stretch out those abs and keep us in bikini shape!

The Inchworm Push-Up from Christa Pryor @ The Sports Center in New York:
1. Start in a full push-up position
2. Do 1 push-up, lift hips and slowly walk feet towards hands while keeping knees straight
3. Next, inch hands away from toes as you return to start. Now do 9 more!
