While working out a couple days ago I was reading some health mag. not sure if it was Self or Fitness, but I saw a tiny blurb about Roxy sponsored longboarder Kassia Meador and how she has killer abs (other than being in the water every day of course!) Her routine? Single-leg squats, 2 sets of 12 squats on each leg, alternating from left leg to right leg. Doing this every other day is said to give you a flat surfers tummy! I just started doing this every day (I set a
reminder in my phone every other day) so I'll keep you updated on my progress!
