Want killer arms like Sheryl Crow? I wouldn't mind her voice eitherrrr, but I'll settle for some killer biceps/triceps with these workouts from Fitness Magazine!
You'll Need:a resistance band and some great tunes!

A. Chest flye:
1) Tie a resistance band around a sturdy object at about chest height.
2) Stand facing away from the anchor point, holding one end of the band in each hand w/feet staggered and arms out to sides, palms facing forward.
3) Slowly bring ends of the band together in front of chest, rotating palms down.
4) Slowly return to start, keeping elbows slightly bent, repeat. Do as many reps as you can w/out losing form!

B. Triceps extension:
1) Untie the band and place one end under right foot, holding other end in right hand.
2) Raise right arm next to head, keeping elbow bent & close to ear.
3) Slowly extend arm then low lower to start and repeat. Do as many reps as you can then switch sides.

C. Biceps curl:
1) Stand on center of band feet shoulder-width apart.
2) Hold one end of band in each hand, palms facing up and elbows close to the sides
3) Keeping elbows pressed into rib cage, slowly curl hands towards shoulders, keeping wrists straight.
4) Lower and repeat, do as many reps as you can!

And soon well all be lookin' like Sheryl!
Yes, she does need to be in some Tyler Rose Swimwear!
