Here are some great little tips/reminders from our Tyler Rose Swimwear "in-house fitness guru" and his 2010 Handbook:
In regards to health...
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a beggar
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants...
4. Live with the three E's-- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
5. Play more games
6. Read more books than you did in 2009
7. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day
8. Sleep for 7 hours
9. Take a 10-30 minute walk daily, and while you walk, smile.
10. Wear your TRS and feel beautiful of course!

Drinking water is where I'm lacking on. I think I only drink 2 bottles a day, from the required 8 or more bottles. Maybe if its summer season, I will. But I sleep, 8hrs a day though I my sleeping habit is 3am which won't do any good I know. -juicy couture daydreamer
